The new neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant is reminiscent of an old world butcher shop of the past but has a modern, hip vibe.


Operated by Karen Bell, a Milwaukee native with 15 years of culinary experience around the world. Living in Chicago, San Francisco, Paris, Madrid and Caracas she returned home recognizing that the dining scene was changing and wanted to be part of it. She is carrying on a dying craft, honoring time old culinary traditions and is bringing local farmers fare to the consumer.


You can also find local artisan products to stock your pantry or accompany your dishes ranging from sauces, relishes, pickles, jams and mustards. They also carry artisan Wisconsin cheeses and locally sourced charcuterie. Enjoy a selection of curated wines by My Wine School proprietor Jessica Bell and craft beers from the Midwest.
